Synopsis:
When care worker Mary vanishes without a trace, Detective Foley arrives at the Yellow Tree Day Service, and investigations begin. As reports from the eyewitnesses become more and more confounding, we are asked to explore the reliability of truth, the strangeness of fiction, and the people we choose to believe.

Aisling Byrne is an award-winning writer and director working across theatre, film, and television. Her Oscar®-longlisted short Headspace won the Academy-Qualifying Grand Prix at the 67th Cork International Film Festival and was Ireland's Short Film Candidate for the 2023 European Film Awards.
Her second film Misread was awarded the RTÉ/Ardán Short Film Bursary in 2022 and went on to win Best Irish Short at Catalyst International Film Festival.
Her next short film, Turnaround (A Screen Ireland's Focus Short), premiered at the 36th Galway Film Fleadh winning the Oscar®-Qualifying Tiernan McBride Award for Best Short Drama and going on to achieve double Oscar Qualification at Foyle International Film Festival (Winner Light in Motion Award for Best Short Film) before receiving an IFTA nomination and a Dublin International Film Festival Discovery award nomination in 2025. Her work has screened at dozens of festivals internationally including Flickerfest Sydney, Newport Beach, New Hampshire, Prague International, Kurzfilm, and Evolution Mallorca.
