Matthew Paul Everitt is a writer and director based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His film You Can Go Home Whenever You Want was developed with the Sundance Institute and won Best Dramatic Short Film at the 2024 Cindependent Film Festival and the Programmers’ Choice Award at the 2024 Hell’s Half Mile Film Festival. His writing on film has been published in Souvenir Magazine and is on the board of the Grand Rapids Film Society.
