Trey Durr

Trey Durr is a comic, writer, and filmmaker born and raised in Northeast Ohio, now calling New York home. In 2025, Trey graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he studied Media Production through the College Conservatory of Music. This will be his fourth year involved with Cindependent and has had films, No Running in the Halls and In Full Bloom: The Story of Jessica Dimon, screened at previous festivals. Trey is passionate about independent film, and especially queer filmmaking. This year, Trey has founded the Winney-Martin Film Tent, a queer film screening experience at the Cincinnati Pride Festival in partnership with Cindependent and OutReels.
