Ignite creativity at the 2025 Cinema Expo.
The expo will feature over 30 local and national film, video, and media production related organizations throughout beautiful Memorial Hall in the heart of Cincinnati in OTR. It's the perfect place to connect with collaborators, learn about new gear, and find out about services available to help you take your productions to the next level.
The expo is takes place on Saturday, 9/20/2025 from 10am until 4pm. The expo is free for those with a Saturday or all festival pass. Otherwise, tickets are $12, but that also includes admission to the first two film blocks that day! Grab your tickets here.

Why should you become a vendor?
In 2024, the Cindependent Film Festival had over 5,000 in person impressions throughout the event. That included 171 filmmakers in attendance, of which 86% reported being freelance filmmakers and media professionals who could use your gear and services.

Registration for the 2025 Expo is closed.
Registration is $100 and guarantees you booth space on the first floor of the Expo.
Attendance for the public is advertised from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 20th.
New for 2025 will be an optional add-an for $50 to reserve a 30 minute demo slot where you’ll be given the floor to demo a product or service you provide.
